Ignacio de la Vega is an experienced and internationally seasoned senior manager in the education field, with experience in strategy formulation and implementation. Dr. De la Vega currently serves as Associate Provost for Academic Affairs, Faculty, and Internationalization at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
He previously served as Dean of EGADE Business School and Dean of the undergraduate Business School system at Tecnológico de Monterrey, México. Prior to his role as Dean, he served as Director of the Babson Global Center of Entrepreneurial Leadership in the Middle East. Dr. De La Vega also served as the Chief Learning Officer for the global bank BBVA, and for 21 years Ignacio served at IE Business School.
Dr. De La Vega has been teaching Entrepreneurial Management and Business Strategy for over 25 years in Business Schools and universities in more than 30 countries. Elizabeth Hannah is the director of program quality, partnerships, and facilitators at the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
She is responsible for the facilitator integrated talent management strategy and its implementation for the global team of ATD facilitators. For ATD’s education program deliveries outside of the United States, she oversees facilitator recruitment, training, management, content translation and development, sales training, and logistics.
Hannah has extensive experience in successfully developing cutting-edge programs for the talent development profession, converting face-to-face programs to the virtual classroom and launching new partnership programs in Dubai and China.
Cindy Huggett, CPTD (formerly CPLP), is an independent consultant, speaker, instructional designer, classroom facilitator, and author who specializes in technology, leadership, and learning. Tiene más de veinte años de experiencia. Comenzó su carrera como empleado en un banco y una cadena de supermercados (Cencosud), en las áreas de capacitación y desarrollo. Luego, fundó MAS Consultores e Instituto ROI, en el ámbito de formación y desarrollo.
Ha realizado consultorías, talleres y presentaciones en Alemania, Argentina, Bolivia, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Estados Unidos, México, Perú y Venezuela. Además, ha sido muchos años consejero, voluntario, speaker y actualmente Facilitador de ATD, Association for Talent Development. Laleh Patel is the senior manager for the ATD Forum, steering the engagement and direction of the senior leader, talent development consortium. In this role, she oversees and manages the overall business strategy and the day-to-day operations of the community, and engages with executives to develop research and products to meet their most pressing talent development challenges to drive engagement and content strategy for the ATD Forum. Laleh is an editor for the ATD Forum’s book Leading the Learning Function.
Laleh has had a couple of roles at ATD within the past 10 years. Prior to managing the Forum, she worked as a research associate for ATD; conducting surveys, and analyzing and reporting on industry trends. She wrote the 2010 State of the Industry report. She has also worked in the survey research team at the Society for Human Resource Management, and as a global advertising account executive at Lowe Worldwide.
Laleh holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from University College London, a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from George Mason University, and a graduate certificate in survey design and data analysis from George Washington University.
Bob Pike, CPLP Fellow, CSP, CPAE Speakers Hall of Fame, is known globally as the “trainer's trainer.” He has written more than 30 books and created a dozen video systems on designing and delivering training. His Master Trainer's Handbook is the bestselling train-the-trainer book ever published, with more than 333,000 copies in print in four editions. He has designed more than 600 training programs of one day or longer since 1969. He has presented at every ATD International Conference & Exposition since 1977, and is a regular keynoter at global training and performance conferences. He has worked in more than 25 countries during his career and his works have been translated into Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish.
J. Ann Quadagno is an innovative and strategic learning leader with proven ability to design, develop, implement, and lead programs for internal and external clients to achieve business objectives. She focuses on creating distinctive global programs to upskill and reskill employees. She has been in the consulting and learning design space for over 20 years. Her work has improved the business of IBM employees around the world, and has been recognized by ATD, Brandon Hall, Training Magazine, and ISPI. She has an MS in instructional systems from Florida State University.
Nelson Santiago is a globally recognized Learning and Performance Strategist who has led consulting projects in 25+ countries in the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia for over 20 years. He creates and fosters strategic partnerships with global organizations to align their existing learning and talent development strategies to their current business goals. Currently, Nelson is the Director of Global Talent Development at BioAgilytix in Durham, NC. Prior to this role, Nelson served as a full-time ATD Facilitator, Chief Performance Engineer at Snacksize Learning and with several government agencies, including North Carolina Municipalities, the U.S. Coast Guard, the State of North Carolina Human Resources, and the Abu Dhabi government. Nelson has also worked with multiple organizations as a consultant in over 35 countries, designing and delivering programs in leadership and management development, team building, compliance, communications, customer service, change management, performance improvement, and many other topics. His work has always been focused on meeting the strategic needs of the organization.
Vassilis (Vas) Theocharides is the Sr. Regional Manager at the Association for Talent Development (ATD) the largest talent development association in the world, overlooking Latin America, Middle East, India, Africa, and Europe. In his tenure, he has launched five major conferences in Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and Europe. Vas looks after strategic partnerships in the defined regions with the purpose of increasing the impact of ATD.
Dave Ulrich is the Rensis Likert Professor at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan and a partner at the RBL Group (http://www.rbl.net) a consulting firm focused on helping organizations and leaders deliver value. He has published over 200 articles and book chapters and over 30 books. He edited Human Resource Management 1990-1999, served on editorial board of 4 Journal and on the Board of Directors for Herman Miller (16 years), has spoken to large audiences in 90 countries; performed workshops for over half of the Fortune 200; coached successful business leaders, and is a Distinguished Fellow in the National Academy of Human Resources. He is known for continually learning, turning complex ideas into simple solutions, and creating real value to those he works with in three fields.

Human Resources.
